Short-Term Residential Occupancy (STRO) - Licensing & Lottery

City of San Diego Council District - Updated on August 29, 2022

The San Diego City Council approved the California Coastal Commission's modifications to the STRO Ordinance and will be requiring a license. If you have a dwelling unit that falls within the 9 Council Districts in the map below, the STRO Ordinance will apply.
