Christine rocks! She very knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and truly has her client’s best interest at heart. Most recently my fiancé and I used Christine to help us find and buy our perfect house in La Jolla. Christine was very patient and flexible with our ridiculous schedules (my fiancé lives out of town and we both have full-time jobs that require travel). She showed us dozens of properties in La Jolla, Del Mar, Encinitas, Cardiff, etc. and generated extensive comps and market analyses for each of the properties we were evaluating. She helped us figure out our priorities (not an easy process) And she helped us successfully negotiate a bidding war and a subsequent discount, as well as a closing extension when we had to switch lenders at the last minute. We could not have done this without her. I also used Christine in 2013 to find the perfect rental house in Del Mar when I was relocating back to San Diego in 2013 (which was not easy to do). We engaged Christine Kueneke to sell our condo in Cardiff Ca. After reviewing the property with her, we asked her opinion on whether or not to extensively upgrade the property, or market it as is. There are several basic qualities that one should look for in a good real estate broker: in-depth knowledge of the property sale process, precise information on the local area of interest, the ability to communicate with prospective buyers and sellers, and a friendly personality that shows caring about the client.
